This afternoon at 5pm, a bakkie was stolen at Waterstone Village. The owner phoned her sister, who had just taken delivery of a Neighbourhood Watch Network radio. The sister put it out over the radio, and a message was sent to the SAPS - who recovered the vehicle in Mitchell's Plain within half an hour.
