The inauguration meeting for Sector one Neighbourhood Watch, held at the Somerset West Golf Club was a great success in terms of numbers and people volunteering to get the Neighbourhood Watches off the ground.
A good advertising program got the message across, and the hall at the golf club was full to capacity.
