Good day, compliments on your CPF community web site!
Have you considered using an SMS alerts system?
The traditional bulk-SMS model require a lot of administration to maintain the cell number registry...and is mostly in-effective because to publish an SMS alert to the community someone must be able to logon to an application to type the SMS alert...
What if you can have no administration effort, and additionally if you can be able to publish SMS alerts to the CPF community (or one of the sectors only) using the convenience of your cell phone...and what if this costs absolutely nothing to the CPF!
